About Sydney

I was born and raised in Glenwood, and it's still the place I'm proud to call home today. After graduating high school, I attended Grand View University in Des Moines, where I had the opportunity to play college soccer while earning my degree. Even while I was away at school, I always knew I wanted to return to the community that raised me.

After college, I moved back to Glenwood to build my career and raise my family. Being part of a small-town community has always been important to me, and I love helping people achieve their goals right here in my backyard.

I began my career in mortgage lending in 2020 when I joined my mother-in-law, Jodi Evans. Working alongside her gave me the opportunity to learn the industry from the ground up. Since then, I've developed a passion for helping people navigate one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives—buying or refinancing a home.

Because I grew up here and continue to live here, I understand the local market and the needs of homebuyers in communities like mine. My goal is always to make the mortgage process clear, smooth, and stress-free so my clients can focus on the excitement of their next chapter.

Beyond my professional world, I'm very family-focused. I married my childhood crush, Chase, in 2021 and together we have two children who keep life fun and busy. We love spending time at the lake whenever we get the chance but we are also just fine with spending time at home.
